Donate your stuff.

GOOD STUFF is a matter of taste. And we know yours is superb. So let it be your guide. Or take a few tips from us. “Good Stuff” can be something you just bought, something you wore yesterday, or something you would wear today (if you weren’t donating it). If it’s good enough to lend to your best friend and clean enough to make your mother proud, we’d love to have it.

GREAT THINGS happen when we put your donations to good use. As the most upscale resale stores in town, we raise significant funds for interest-free loans for area students, through The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis. Our graduates repay their loans, then go on to contribute and continue our good work.

We accept donations at both ScholarShop locations. Donation hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 AM until 5 PM (unless the shop is closed). Just bring your donations to the drop-off area at the back door. If you need assistance unloading, one of our motivated volunteers, or students, will be glad to help.

When you help us with donations, we help you with taxes. We’ll send you a detailed statement after the close of the tax year, itemizing the value of your saleable donations through the year. Remember, IRS Regulations state that donated items be valued at fair market value. So if it’s not saleable because it’s worn, damaged or just plain dirty, we can’t value it.

More information about donations can also be found on the Scholarship Foundation's Donate page.

Donate your time.

We welcome volunteers at either ScholarShop location. We run on volunteer power, from receiving and processing merchandise to stocking the sales floor and assisting customers. As a regular volunteer, you will receive a 20% discount on purchases as well as the satisfaction of knowing that you’re helping area students get the education they need to fulfill their potential, and their dreams. To learn more, call the Volunteer Coordinator at (314) 725-7990 or visit our contact page and send us a message.
